I work in BPO and all the long hours really take a toll on my ears. I require a good set of noise-cancelling over the ear headphones which don't put so much strain on my ears. I recently sold off my Brainwavz M2 because they used to hurt my ears, while coming back from office when I used to increase the volume to mute the bad radio tracks the cab driver plays or heavy traffic noise.
I am willing to order from US and my budget is around 5-7k.

Monster Beats Studio By Dr Dre ~ $155. Available for 8k in Delhi but without warranty
Sony MDR-NC60 ~ $140
Audio-Technica ATH-ANC7B ~ $108
All are ebay US new buy it now prices
I needed a sturdy pair and since I'm currently in Pune, it rains a lot so maybe water resitant/proof.
I listen to alternative/indie/hard rock, tech/progressive/electro house, trance and hip hop.
