Budget 90k+ Please suggest parts for PC build

Hi Everyone,

I am helping my brother to build a system for Lighting & rendering. Need your suggestion for that also if any improvement/ change needed then your comments are most welcome. please suggest which to chose
I will be using Software like Unreal engine 4+(Most), 5:)D), Maya (Most), Houdini, Substance Painter, Adobe Photoshop & Aftereffects, Foundry Nuke & Katana, and Renderers like Arnold, Vray, Renderman, Redshift etc.
  1. What is your budget?
    • Around or below 1 Lakh to 1.3 Lakh
  2. What is your existing hardware configuration (component name - component brand and model)
    • Building a PC from scratch
  3. Which hardware will you be keeping (component name - component brand and model)

  4. Which hardware component are you looking to buy (component name). If you have already decided on a configuration then please mention the (component brand and model) as well, this will help us in fine tuning your requirement.

      GPU: inno 3d2070 super (haven't heard much so please suggest)/Galax 2070 Super

      RAM: g.skill 2 x 16GB
      Cooler: cooler master ML240L
      Storage1: crucial Nvme 250GB
      Storage2: Seagate/Wd 1TB HDD
      Cabinet: Cooler master K501L

    • Yes, this is my final configuration unless you guys recommend something else . will upgrade the following maybe after 6-8 months
    • Secondary storage - will add another TB

  7. Would you consider buying a second hand hardware from the TE market

  13. Which operating system do you intend to use with this configuration?
    • Windows 10 64 bit
    • Linux - CentOS (might install after few months of use)
