Please Suggest Tablet up to 3.5k

Hello Friends,

My budget for tablet is up to 3.5k (+/- 500)

I don't know about tablet other than it's small & handy to check mail, surfing etc.

Need to buy Tablet to check/send mail, surf internet (3G dongle support or inbuilt sim slot) there should be no restriction for dongle brand any dongle must work with though at present I have idea Huawei E1732

Screen resolution should be good so do not need to stretch eyes to read/write mail & surfing & for gaming like AngryBird etc.

Any suggestion welcome.

I recently bought Ambrane A77 from Shopclues for 3.7k.
It has
Allwinner A13 1.5 GHz processor
7" capacitive screen
512 MB RAM
ICS 4.0.3
1.3 MP front facing camera...

Have not received it yet. Hope to get it by Monday.
