31-40k PLS!! Help me getting a lappy within 40k

Hey guys need a lappy for office works. Will be used by staff only. Mostly for activities like to run net based company softwares, excel, tally, web based activity like mails etc. Should also have decent 2-3 hours backup. As it would be needed at meetings tours etc some days without power for sometime. Budget is max 40k. The lesser the better. As staff ppl dont care much & it will have to bear a lot of torture & rough usage. It should not be sluggish or slow for normal day to day activity works. NO GAMING at all of course. Also suggest me an extended warranty plans like onsite etc. So that i can extend the warranty say 1+2 years. Only if its useful. No idea regarding extended warranty thing. Just saw that in amazon. Anyways. Please help me out here as i am a pc guy mostly. Have a 3-4 yrs i5 dell inspiron though.. Still have no idea with lappy. Thank you in advance.
 
A 6th gen i3 would be near 32k mark. That should suffice your needs. Laptop HDDs are generally 5400rpm ones; making laptop feel sluggish. If not much storage required, you can pick up 120GB SSD for near 4k mark.

This is the most 'bang for buck' laptop you can get in this budget. Currently it is selling at its lowest price at 40296, while i bought the same a month back at 42250. The only downside (if it matters) is that it doesn't come with a preinstalled OS. It has the DDR4 RAM which can be upgraded upto 20GB.

Already ordered via amazon. But the i3 one. Would have gone for i5 if it were 15 inch. But since it will be used by staff ppl so went for i3 for around ~26k after sbi cashback. Anyways thank you all for your valuable inputs. Will update once the item reaches my place.
