Graphic Cards pls suggest me a graphic card

hi guys im planning to buy a graphics card..my budget is strictly below 4k
i dont play much games but i watch lots of movies and serials...
here is my config
monitor benqE2200
proccy/mobo e7300/d31pr
smps circle 400w i guess .it came along with cabinet

You can get Radeon 4650 512MB DDR2 for around 3k or a 4670 512MB DDR3 for around 4k.

Im a bit confused, if you don't play games, the onboard Intel GMA 3100 of the G31 board should be enough for HD playback.

Even a low power consuming card like the 4670 would be pushing it on that generic SMPS IMO. You can go ahead and get it, but try to replace the PSU/SMPS as soon as possible.
From what i can see, you have a full HD monitor. Most games would struggle at that res. with a 4670. If you really want to game, save up a bit more and buy a good PSU+GPU combo.

If your budget is 4k then 4670 is the best you can get. If you can extend to 5.5 k then you can go for 9800 GT.

prices will diff..actually in mangalore comp parts a really costly..and u dont have any choices in the parts.if u go to a shop and ask for gpu they ll be having some 2k ka card..and they wont tell u have to change psu also.
