-20xdvd writer - samsung ,sony ,lg
-mx518 mouse and qck+
-200-250gb hdd - 7200rpm

I checked the prices this Saturday in Banglaore, they should be almost the same at other places. This is the configuration I would be getting

C2D E6650 2.33 GHz - 6700
Biostar TP35D2-A7 - 4800
Transcend 2*1 GB DDR2 800 MHz - 1550
8600GT should be around 6k
DVD RW all brands ~ 1300
HDD Seagate SATA 250 GB - 2700
