Well here are my requirements:

2mp camera
Gud speakers wid r widout headset
Most imp f all I need a sleek nd handy design. Thats d reasn m nt goin fr NOKIA 6233 r else it ws great n features widin my budget
Gud Connectivity features

Budget Rs 7000

hw imp r EDGE nd 3G features??

Should a phone hav a lens cover ..?? D scratches in d long run dont pose a prob wid cellhones whhc dont hv a cover..

well u can check up the Nokia 3500C for ur requirments, EDGE is imp... 3G is still far away to come in India :P
 
increase your budget to around 10.5 K and buy Sony Ericsson K810i !a mobile which is worth the money!(remember it is not a symbian!)

IF for Symbian(ie , more applications ) get Nokia N73ME.

for me ,I first got SE K810i ,which is a very good phone ,but lacks symbian/uiq .so I got N73ME in exchange!

though ,N73 is way out of your budget :)

The K810 is nice btw.

If you don't want to exceed your budget by that much, then get a E51. It has Symbian and is sleek enough. But has a poor 1.3MP camera.
 
the SE k550i fits jus rite for wteva ur requirements....
mod it to w610 n u hav great phone.
has lens cover,2mp cybershot, sleek, awesme sound, EDGE.:D

yeh dude.. e51 wud hav been a gud choice.. but den d cost spoilt it all :P.. It has evrythng whch i want
... Its fr 11k i guess...

Should i compromise on 6233's design fr features ??? Askin so cz evry1 says its a feature packd mobile nd dey dont see ne reasn y m nt goin fr it.. my taste is somewat like SE g502 etc..

nd wat abt 3G, Wlan nd all.. R dese features really imp.. cz my frnds say dey gonna b introduced soon.. nd sm say Iphone when launchd in India will cost around 8k.. Is this true ??

That's completely false.:P

As for the 3G availability in India, i don't see it happening even in one year from now.

And AFAIK there's no phone with 3G and WLAN available for 7k.

So your best bet's got to be the K 550i.

nd wat is d price f g502???.. If i increase my budget by Rs 500, can i get somethng more ??.. If nt then m goin fr k530i r k550i...
