Well, a vega 56 is for 20k (strix) brand new, all other 1070 sell for 16-17 max with Indian warranty. Would be misleading to a buyer to see 'throwaway price' as, if a noob, he's probably going to just see MRP, flip and go buy it.
 
Have mentioned KSA multiple times. I am not here to mislead anyone into buying the card.

According to me it's a throw away price.
