Port Forward!

Please help me guys!
I'm getting red icon on my uTotternt client and there is no DTH node too.....:huh:
I have turned off Windows Firewall for uTorrent client.
I'm using Reliance GPRS 2G SIM and Nokia 2700C as my modem.

What could be the problem ?..........

Even if u are getting the red icon and no DTH nodes,u are still getting the max speed that is possible on an EDGE connection.

If u still want to forward your port then go to portforward.com and follow the instructions

I dont think u will find any solution as portforwarding on a cellphone modem is not possible i guess.

But the site have config for routers but I'm using mobile no router.....:S
Also there are two tools one for port checking and other to make static IP.
Don't know what to do ?.....

BTW,u told that I'm getting right speed so there is no need to convert the icon in Green ?

As i have already said in the above post u will not find any tutorials for mobile modems as dey cannot route incoming data......

The theoritical max speed of EDGE(2G) signal is 273 Kbps which is around 34KBps,as u are getting 30KBps it is fine and also a very good speed cos i've never got more dan 25KBps myself.....

Mostly you'll be allotted a private ip address. So port forwarding won't work, just like bsnl 3g.

OK,got it.

It have no other solution co it depend on ISP.
