port forwarding on BSNL EVDO

guys ,

a friend of mine is using the bsnl's evdo internet connection..

the problem is the ports are not open...so how to configure the ports ?
i havent checked it out yet coz its that wifi plug and play connection??

any one here using that?

Ya i am using it, but how did u realise that Ports are blocked..?

Although i am getting same speeds through RS as well as torrents be in Public or Private.... So i dont think that might be the case...Not completely sure though...

There are limited number of IP's, once they get exhausted, everyone else is assigned shared ip..Atleast thats the theory most evdo users are agreeing to..
