Portable App for Samsung PC Suite ?

Hi !!!

Recently my office has blocked gmail and several other websites.
Planning to actiavte the Rs 97/- GPRS plan on my airtel mobile.
The major issue is that i dont have admin rights on my laptop.
So looking for a portable application of the Samsung PC suite.
So that i can connect my mobile with the laptop and use internet with ease.

Please help me with a portable app for the same or any other possible solution.

Your help would be really appreciated ..
Gets irritating if you need to check your mails on an urgent basis during office hours.

For accessing net with phone as modem, you need to install the drivers, and for that you will need admin rights.

No need of samsung PC studio, so even if its portable your issue wont be resolved.
