Portable music player with recorder

Well any portable music player ( CD or hard disk based) that can also record songs real time ( I mean I can record live performances with good quality).
 
Good quality not sure, But there are some called "Rave MP's"(Media Players)

I think all have a Mic, you have to go and check out the recording yourself. :D.
