PC Peripherals Portable speakers

Hi All,

Im looking to buy decent portable speakers for my laptop s( primarily) , however I prefer that the speakers can be charged and can be used with Mp3 player or any other portble media player without the need for powercable.

Ivisited TATA CROMA abd almost finalized F&D prtable speaker, which had great output and distortion was audible at high levels ...It was at a price of 875. Howevr i thought id visit lamington (mumbai ) and check for speakers which can charged.

Any recommendations people??
 
I own a pair of X-mini Capsule Speakers, they have great audio quality and some bass.... you can check them out at any local computer stationery store... they come in 3 models and are priced well...I bought my pair for Rs.1700/- in March 2010. Found what I was looking for in the form of Phillips portable set. there are not very loud and dont have option to adjust volume....but look great and have the option of battery and USB power. So works good fr me.
