Every tracker i am in is saying that i am not connectibe. I have searched port forward.com but my router is not listed there .

On your torrent client, which port have you set for use. I think it would be 8080.

did you start downloading any torrent from those trackers?

once you start downloading, the status will change to connectable

just download any small thing from those trackers

yes i am downloading since the day i got into the site but still not connectible.

as lower ports are used by system

I had read somewhere that UDP is good for that. Been using that ever since.

Use a port in the very high range say 40-50k as some of the lower ports were blocked once.

reflected in the next Tracker announce (which should range anything between 30 minutes to 60 minutes)

Have you checked the port/application rules in Antivirus software. Just check that antivirus software allows network access to the torrent client. Can you check whether router is forwarding port/s to the computer where torrent client is installed ? The best way is to check port via torrent client for open ports.
