Graphic Cards Possible to Repair a Graphic card in Mumbai ?

My cousin just returned from a 6 month stint on ship. His Gigabyte 4850 has stopped working - the fans spins up at first then stops, no display after that. All other components work OK without the card installed ( with onboard graphics ). Is it possible to get it repaired at say Lam Rd ? btw, it's out of warranty.[DOUBLEPOST=1384751814][/DOUBLEPOST]If he needs to buy a new Gcard, what is the best buy ? G2020 + B75 + 8GB DDR3 + VX450 @ 1600 x 900.

No game released in the last 3 years. Just a casual gamer. Just started working so losing interest in games I guess.
Re budget - he's wants a GPU that won't be held back by the G2020. And he wants to use the VX450.
 
Make sure is an oven not microwave. Pre heat the oven for 200c place the card with its back facing up and bake the card for 6-7 minutes. Make sure you dont loose track of it or else all the ic or caps will fall off. Good luck
 
and use aluminum wrap to cover the gfx, at all the right places, covering plastics & capacitors (remove hsf & terminal connecting brackets,only the GPU die needs to be exposed so cut out the wrap appropriately). Do a little online search before trying this practically. It will also release some toxic fumes, thorough cleaning of the baking-oven after the experiment is mandatory. 10mins @ 250C or 15mins @ 200C.
