There is this extension by the name of 'UniDealsi' which keeps up coming in Google Chrome. Even though I have removed/disabled it so many times, still it keeps up coming.

There is a search engine by the name of MyStartSearch, which has created a default home page of its own on Google Chrome. I have set the default home page as Google so many times, yet it opens the MyStartSearch page itself. In the settings it shows that Google is the home page but it opens mystartsearch page only.

I suspect these two are malwares. Help!

First install malwarebyte's antimalware and scan your system.Remove all the detected infections.

Then go in chrome settings and reset your chrome browser.

Also in chrome, install adblock pro extension to prevent future adwares.

Regularly scan your system with malwarebyte's antimalware and spybot search n destroy. Both are free and do their job well.;);)

You probably got these from some software that you installed on your system. Be careful while installing any software, as they are bundled with extra software these days. Even download sites like CNET and FileHippo bundle the download with their download wrapper, containing ads or bundled software. Use download sites like Softpedia, or MajorGeeks to download software from.

While installing, always choose custom install wherever possible, and watch the screens for bundled software.

To get rid of what you got, you can use Adwcleaner: https://toolslib.net/downloads/viewdownload/1-adwcleaner/

or Junkware Removal Tool: http://thisisudax.org/

Both of these are good to remove adware.

As suggested, you can also use Malwarebytes Antimalware free version to scan and clean the malware.

Don't use Spybot. It was once good.. many years before, but not anymore.

If you need assistance with these software, or with what to remove, then post on BleepingComputer forum, one of the best:
