I think he said you should try qbittorrent client instead of using bittorrent since it is recommended even by highly reputed trackers. Also the piracy sub on reddit recommends not using bittorrent or utorrent since they've bundled malware/cryptominers in their installers

Yes, both BitTorrent and uTorrent clients are usually frowned upon.(Both are owned by same company iirc).

I can open them without VPN just fine. Try accessing them through Opera's VPN mode and check.
Damn, didn't know opera had a inbuilt vpn...rarbg access is a bit easier now
