Its fun game and you can enjoy it. but its stupid at times. you can take 100 bullets and still be alive to run and shoot down entire police force. You can jump of 30 feet off cliff and still land perfect. Physics suck, you can take your bike off the mountain cliff and nothing goes wrongarun_rulezzz said:haha prince of persia with grafitti. that would be nice but i wish they would make a mark eckos getting up 2 or something. i really liked that game even with the frustrating combat system.
more than mark eckos getting up part 2 ...i wish they made some more anime 3rd person shooters like ONI. anyone played oni ? i loved that game
@ funky , would you recommend spending money on just cause ?
madmonkey said:Blade how is the PC version of GRAW as it is in FPS mode..since I liked the 3rd person view in 360 and as the ps2 GRAW (FPS style) was a disaster.Cause my frnds tell me not to get it in terms of sp...I am more interested in it's mp.
GRAW isn't just for dedicated shooter fans, but it is a PC game with no quicksave or manual save -- checkpoints only. Like the original Ghost Recon PC title, the going is slow and arduous as you use the new real-time tactical map to issue orders to your three squadmates and support units. The Ghosts' A.I. is on par with the 360 version: They're excellent at taking shots, but they're poor at grabbing cover or not walking in front of your line of fire. Instead of screaming angrily as your sniper gets gunned down staring the wrong way, you can go into the tactical map and not only tell your squadmates where to go, but also which direction to face and how far away to focus. This increases the range of their vision cones, but it reduces their effectiveness at spotting things nearby. The ability to issue these precise orders on the tactical map compensates quite a bit for the deficient A.I., but it also makes the pacing very different from any recent Ghost Recon title.
The maps have grown to be huge in GRAW, and they feature a lot more vertical interaction than the 360 version. Enemies lurk hidden from your satellite's view; if you start advancing at a steady pace with the reticule-based follow or move commands, you'll be loading a save before you know it. But if you go mind-numbingly slowly, direct each Ghost into the perfect position of cover and suppression fire, clear each advance with satellite imagery, and keep an eye on the new full-screen grayscale feed of what your Ghosts are seeing, then you'll usually find yourself with the upper hand. You'd expect nothing less from a team of elites wearing the future's best (and now customizable between missions) war gear when you finally do make contact.
