Power backup solution for small business

Anyone knows a good power backup solution with enough capacity to handle below appliances ?

Appliances -
3x refrigerators (24/7)
4x fans (business hours)
6x Led tubelights/bulbs (business hours)
microwave, kettle, grinder, mixer, etc (max one device at a given time)

Requirements/constraints-
1- should be automatic
2- space is limited
3- no noise during operation
4- doesn't need to be full proof, its fine if electricity goes down for few seconds.

Your load is around 3000watt assuming only one heavy appliances is running including a 2000watt 25L geyser. If its instant geyser expect the load to be 5kw.

How long of a back up do you need. How much space is available, is the back up room ventilated.

Is there space for solar panels.

geyser doesn't need to run always, and also doesn't need to be run when on backup power, I'll remove it from the equation.

Space is extremely less, maybe 6ft x 4ft. maximum powercut is 1-2 hours, however incase it goes off for a long time, it should be able to power atleast the refrigerators for a day.

Solar is out because location is not suitable for the same.

I was thinking about 4-5KV inverter with 6 to 8 batteries

5kva should be plenty, but with 6 batteries for such a inverter will there be space for maintenance and ventilation for the hydrogen gas to vent out.

any particular brand or model of inverter which are good in this segment ? exhaust can be installed for ventilation. maintenance might be hard. Idk the rough dimensions of inverter or batteries

It'll be great if you clarify a bit more about refrigerators.
Are any of these chest fridge?
Are these used to keep cold drinks and milk? Opened too frequently?

Asking because such commercial usage eats much more power than a household fridge.

5 kv sounds enough though.

2 are normal household double door fridge and one freezer for ice cream and similar items.

one of the fridge is opened is very frequently during business hours, freezer and other one not so much.
