I have a powercolor HD4850 whose cooler stopped working last night. The Fan just doesn't rotate at all. I want to get it RMAed/repaired. I bought the card in September 2009 from Rahul(TheITWares). Can someone guide me on how i can go about with this. I have also sent a PM to Rahul regarding this just in case.
