No Bill, No warranty.

One DVI to analog converter included as shown in the pic

Had taken out the red cover (as shown in pic) for better cooling and easy cleaning of the card. Was too lazy to put it back:)

I have put the red cover back on the 4850. Had connected it to the PC to take GPUz results.
