The PCS series of the HD4850 is in very limited supply abroad. I was on the lookout for this one too along with the Sapphire Toxic 4850. Sadly it wasnt available with any of the dealers here. So you can forget about getting it from someone here in India. The only hope is getting it from abroad through KMD.:)

yeah i too feel the same.

but in TECHSHOP they have PCS series. but it's not the one i mentioned.

it's with 625mhz core clock
 
I have a PCS HD4850 but mind you it overclocks pretty well.

Even with a decent OC to 675MHz GPU core and 1020MHz mem clock, temp do not cross 63 degrees even on furmark tests which I ran for more than an hour. So the point of 625MHz GPU core is mute in case of PCS HD4850 cards, as you can always overclock it.

Install rivatuner and you can hit 700MHz I am assuming.

Good luck finding it :), it is one hell of a gem in 4850 cards out there.
