PC Peripherals powersafe problem

aight guys i saw in techtree.com the powersafe has 8 molex connectors.
now i have 3 fans in antec p180 tht connects through the molex ones.
3 hard disks.since no sata connectors r there i have 2 use the molex ones only.
2 optical devices.
and 2 for the 6800 ultra.
one for the ez plug in sli premium.
so a total of 11 connectors needed and thers only 8 what to do? :( :O :huh: :huh: :huh: :huh: :huh:
 
Thats not big deal.

Just give your GFX card two dedicated molex. If you are falling short of molex simply use Y splitter. You can share single molex with 2 HDDs using Y splitters or 1 HDD and fan etc.

No big deal.

1 ide hdd + 1 fan
1 sata hdd + 1 fan
1 for another sata
2 for optical
1 for external sata[since i wont use this external sata just optional] + 1 fan

u don't have to connect molex on the EZ plug on this board cause u are not using SLI ..... that sud be connected when u are using the board in SLI mode ...

wat fan configuration u are using and how are the temps .....
 
dude havent got the cabby yet will get tht tomorrow form airport i guess :)
and getting the smps tomorrow
and if i use sli later this 500 watts wont do then? :O
 
i don't think powersafe 500w can take 6800U SLI ..... as mine 500w 12v line goes to 11.45-11.50 in full load conditions .......
 
hmm i wont sli though but if i use sli future which will be better tp 550? :o or a better sli powersupply?
 
I suggest you to get the TP2 550w or Zebby 640w, as i already told you before i have doubt whether the Powersafe 500w has long wire to go with the Antec P180.
 
Oh yeah. Thats a very important factor. U need a PSU with seriously long cables coz the P180 houses the PSU in the lower compartment. And I also dont think the PowerSafe has long enough cables.

U have 3 fans on the P180??....:P use splitters..
