Hey,

Has anyone been here? How is the IMAX experience?

Also, do they show movies in IMAX 3D?

Lastly, will Inception release in IMAX or IMAX 3D here?

Seen loads of movies there, the theatre is awesome. The last one I saw was Dark Knight I guess, the ticket was around 150 bucks the last time I saw a movie there.

Look in the local newspapers to see if inception will be released there.

yes.....experience is brilliant worth the price but your regular movies wont be full screen they will be cut from top and bottom movies that have been shot with imax camera only will fullscreen(example....into the deep, mount everest, etc....documentaries)

yes few movies that i have in 3d there are........avatar, beowulf, superman(few scenes in 3d)ticket is 150 for movies with few 3d scenes and 200 for full 3d

Like taher mentioned, the experience is complete only when you watch films made specifically for IMAX theatres. I had seen the Mount Everest documentary at Prasad's, and it was an awesome experience.
 
Its one hell of an experience. Not to be missed. I feel lucky to be living in a city with an IMAX screen. Watched quite a few movies on the IMAX screen at Prasadz.
It cannot be described. You have to see it for urself. It feels like a dream but only its real. Ticket price is Rs.200. Absolutely worth the money.
Yes, Inception is comin out on the 16th of this month at Prasadz Imax as per the newspaper.
It will be in IMAX i believe. Im sure it will be awesome.
 
I saw The Dark Knight there, was amazing. Its the best theater in hyderabad (location, experience, fares accounted).
 
IMAX experience is something that you will not easily forget. Went to Hyderabad just for the sake of watching Avatar in 3D IMAX. Suffice to say that experience beats any other viewing experience hands down.
 
Saw Inception in IMAX and I must say it was worth it. Sold out show at 7:45 PM on monday but it was so worth it. IMAX rules. Hopefully one can open in Delhi!
