I guess the date was supposed to be October 12th , but you may be able to find it in retail stores only by 16th.

I wouldnt mind paying few bucks more and get that shipped straight to my door.
 
It's suppose to go Retail wide in India on 16th. Give or take 3-4 days. It's a very popular title, shouldn't take much long to hit on big Multimedia stores.
