Car power inverter, adaptor splitter and usb adaptor

don't when i got them, at least 5 years old
usb adaptor and splitter works, bought for simultaneous use with gps and phone charging.
1 to 2 splitter is angle adjustable
usb adaptor has 2 usb ports, total rating 5V 2.4A
power inverter is rated for 150w, has a 3 pin socket and a usb port on it
no warranty

Does it require cellular data, or it triangulate directly through GPS?
