M getting for 15k, so is it correct price or is it for less?

With or without bill? It should be 12K in grey, 13.5K with bill.
I bought my IPod Touch 16 GB for 17.5K with bill in March this year.

AFAIK, in the case of an iPod, with or without bill doesn't matter at all as warranty is applicable through the serial number.

A friend of mine bought one last year from Indiaplaza and he had no issues availing warranty at a Apple authorized service centre.

Well, Just make sure its sealed properly and don't accept if anything looks fishy.

Get one from indiaplaza, you sure won't have any issues like that.
