^^It might be... but it hardly matters when one's buying a iPod because :P

What u mean by ONE DOSENT NEED BILL TO AVAIL WARRANTY?
So can it be taken from grey and still avail warr?
 
Yes, u read it right; you Don't need to have a bill to avail Warranty for an ipod.

No problems if you get it from grey at a good price AFAIK.

Otherwise Indiaplaza is your best bet.

Just be sure you are offered a GENUINE product and in a properly sealed Box.

After you purchase the iPod, open the Apple support page and you can register there and check the warranty status of your iPod.

True :) Apple gives worldwide warranty for all products.
