Transcend is pretty well made, it has better housing than the generic Seagate and Western Digital externals but I've heard RMA is an issue.

I own a Transcend Storejet 25M2 -- Welcome to the Transcend Website - StoreJet 25M2, solid piece easily tougher than your regular Seagate and Piano finish Western Digital drives. Priced cheaper too ~ 2500/- earlier due to shock-protection feature sat pretty ~ 2700/- (inclusive taxes) for 500GB.

Buy from A.S. Computers who always have this in stock.

Tuniq TX-2 ~ 300/- @Golccha Intertrade, no other decent TIM was available except the more expensive Cooler Master Thermal Fusion 400 ~ 550/- @Ankit Infotech N/A @Aashirwaad Computers and @Golccha Intertrade quoted ~ 600/-.

Shop keepers are pushing the useless Cooler Master HTK 002 compound ~ 125/- to 175/- saying it is decent. I told them it simply doesn't perform.

Finding products in SP road is a piece of cake compared to finding parking space for your Two wheeler especially with the traffic cops on the prowl to impound any vehicle at the flimsiest opportunity and even a millimeter of parking violation. Be careful guys.

Any how GOLCHHA gives me great deals whenever i go compared to others like ANKIT/ASHIRWAD/ANANDIT, haven't tried other shops.

Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200.12 with SATA and Molex cables Rs.2750/- (ANKIT didn't budge for less than 2950 for the same)

Just heard from GOLCHHA, SEASONIC S12 II 520 & 620 W PSUs coming next week.

Finally enquired about ROCCAT KONE gaming mouse, quoted Rs.3000/-
 
^ r u sure about the seasonic, i had gone 2 weeks ago looking for seasonic to golcha, and he told seasonic A.S.S is a problem so he is not keeping them, hence ended up purchasing ANTEC 750W from him

Ok finally got a Transcend 4Gb DDR3 laptop stick 1066Mhz for Rs 1550+tax from Aashirwaad. Corsair was 1750+tax for laptop. Desktop 4Gb DDR3 is dirt cheap now. 1600 all incl for Transcend, 1700 For Corsair, 1450 or so for Dynet/Hynix ! I am planning to buy 100 nos when it reaches 1000+tax for 4GB :D...good investment :p

He gave me this information on live chat yesterday when i saw that SEASONIC PSUs were listed on his site and enquired with him. He quoted the S12 II 520w @ Rs.3650+Tax and didn't mention any other details like warranty or A.S.S which i forgot to ask.

got a dell u2311H for 13.5k from bangalore comps. kick ass monitor. :D imho this is the best lcd you can get in the sub 15k range.

^^ Lamer thats Corsair XMS3 Range 1600Mhz CL9....used to sell for 2.5k per stick 1-2 mnth back.

Btw this is 1800+ 5% VAT = 1900 all incl for everyone's notice and not 1800 tax paid

Awesome time to stock some RAM . Transcend 4GB is down to 1500 + 5% VAT=1575 tax paid.
