Was browsing thruough the forum when I saw in sum other thread tat there is a predicition of prices to be reduced of electronics,lcd tvs owing to reduction in Import Duty...:hap2:

So any News abt it....:)
 
Most of duty cuts would be evident in 'consumer electronics' like lcd, speakers, gfx cards, and not on things like proc, ram, or mobo.

:) I read a small article on today's edition of the toi bang....
seems they are pushing for a reduction from 16% to 8% on duties...do not know the exact technical stuff but if implemented lesser price for pc peripherals
 
it applies on IT hardware too. So I guess we will be seeing drop in pc prices in coming few months.
