How about replying to my previous mails rather than asking me to send new mails?. If reply was only via emails then why are u here and what is the use of PM ?
 
After pursuing for close to 8 days i get a reply comfirming the stock , price and warranty of the product i want. I cant really comment on the service as they are a hit or miss.AFAIK you are pretty good offline have got few products through Mumbai TE members.

I would request prime to either improve the service or stop doing business on TE for good, we do not want history repeating.

Dear Moderator,

I have recently purchased a cabinet from primeabgb. Before supplying, the dealer assured me, through PM, about availability of a front 140mm fan on the cabinet. on delivery the fan was found missing. the dealer (TUSHAR) called me on saturday and confirmed that he is sending the fan and it will reach me in 2 days. now today, he has sent me a PM saying that fan is not part of standard fit and will not be supplied.

My contention is that if the fan was not part of standard fit, why did he assure me that it will be supplied with the cabinet!!! pls help me resolve this issue.

pls refer to your PM as pasted below. I have received the phantom case in good condition. the additional 200mm fan is also there and looking good. the front 140mm fan is not included in the case. Kindly send the same at my address.

I just got a reply from prime ,had PMed in the morning asking for a corsair pen drive. Weird that they are not replying to you

Intially they were at snail pace in replying but over the past 3 months they were pretty fast. Looks like they are more interested in sales and less in after sales.
 
For PrimeABGB - in reference to the missing 140mm fan in my NZXT cabinet.

i have researched the cabinet online and the 140mm fan is indeed not part of the equipment fit. I am willing to pay for the fan, as long as you pay for the shipping to Jamnagar.

kindly apprise me your decision ASAP.

A lot of people work very hard to make TE what it is. the members here have certain expectation from the dealers and honest acceptance of mistakes is one of them. pls do not f*** up the environment we have here.

I had discussed this issue with Tushar after reading Saiyans post and he had agreed to post his reply, but I am not seeing it. He said it was his mistake that he had mentioned that 140mm fan is bundled and is ready to bear the loss by shipping it to ankur but the problem is that he doesnt have one in stock. I am not sure what will they do, but I will talk with him tomorrow again and let you know his final decision.
 
I wanted to know the model and price of a 1TB ext HDD 3.5" ( with ext. power supply), but I am not able to send a PM to Prime.

what to do?
