Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands Announced

I remember very little but I'm guessing it was at around 50-60% of the game. They won't make good use of it initially but after some time it'll be like you will be in the middle of a jump or wall run and there'll be a waterfall approaching, you will then need to decide in mid-air whether to freeze or unfreeze the waterfall to either do a back-flip or just pass through. Or something like that.

Yeah you should keep playing, it might be fun.

This is one of THE most underrated video games ever made IMO. The story perhaps couldn't match the brilliance of the older games, but it's certainly a great game in its own right. I just can't get enough of the Prince of Persia type platforming, which you don't get in any other game.

Played this long back but somewhere in the game you get the ability to freeze waterfalls. Towards the later part of the game they combine this with other platforming mechanics and I found that pretty challenging and interesting. If you've already passed this then I guess game will still be boring for you.

I remember that! Once you get the ability to freeze waterfalls, you get some really interesting and challenging platforming sequences.

Okay reached towards the end. The platforming really becomes tough towards the end. However the camera angles are very poor on some places which may hinder your progress. Due the stupid camera angles I had to play some levels more than once.
