PC Peripherals Printer advice

Hi guys, looking to get a new printer and wanted some advice from all you helpful people. My requirements are:

1. All-in-one (scan and fax included)
2. Mostly black printing but should be able to handle the occasional color printouts properly
3. Low cartridge costs
4. USB/Ethernet ports to connect to my router
5. Price - less than 10K
6. Would be great to have auto-duplex function

Canon PIXMA MX437 ? Do not know much about cartridge cost. If fax not needed Epson L100 would be a good option.

My last experience, do not go with HP Deskjet 4500 AIO and similar range though it suits your scenario well. All printers in those series have problem with paper loading mechanism, known issue, no help.

I am also looking for CISS option for my Epson TX101 printer...
