Printer for monthly prints at home

Hello fellow members!
I am looking to replace my old HP Inkjet printer with a new printer. My requirements are:
  1. Wi-Fi to print from phone [using OTG is a hassle as I always lose the adapter]
  2. Scanner
  3. Multicolour
  4. Duplex would be a great addition as I mess up manual duplex sometimes
My budget is 10k. Could be extended a small bit

Ink Tank printers have cheap ink prices, but the upfront is a little expensive.
As of now, I'm refilling my inkjet cartridges with ANG Ink Refill Kit. The print quality is fine for the price [not up to HP's mark], but refilling ink is also a hassle. Grey prints as light green, but other colours are fine. [Do let me know if you guys personally own a refill kit. Would like some better recommendations :)]

Can someone suggest a printer for upto 1000-1500 pages a month?
Mostly black and white and occasionally colour pages.
Edit: Should've mentioned this but duplex printing will be an added advantage.
