We need a printer based on following,

- 99% black & white pages
- weekly 100 pages
- should have large ink storage capacity (don`t want frequent cartridge change)
- should work on local ink !
- budget 10k
- can buy online / Pune retail stores

Model considered Epson L210
 
Why not look for Laser? And for society I will recommend MFD. Every once in a while you will need the scanner also.

Snapdeal has a good spread. Pick your choice.
For our society we have Samsung SCX4300 series printer. It has been serving us well since last 4 years. Gives around 2500 printouts for each refill costing around 1.5k.

PS: All these are monochrome printers. For color printouts (in my experience you may not need any color printouts for society purposes), you will have to look at alternatives.
