Got a HP deskjet 2138 from my neighbor few months back when he relocated to US. Worked fine for about 4months. It stopped powering on a month back. The LED on the Adapter is glowing but the device is not powering on. Any troubleshooting steps to possibly narrow down the cause? Worth repairing?
