Printing no DVDs

Hi.

I need to get a custom print over a dvd (dvd cover label). I inquired in printo and they asked me to prepare the image and get it over.

Are there any simple softwares that help me in getting the job done? Photoshop have any options related to creating circular images that would fit on top of a dvd?
 
Thanks. I know. Should've been in the software applications section. I don't have nero and I don't have much time to download it. Is there any possible way to get it done on Photoshop or corel?
