Prioritize services startup

I want to know if its possible or if there's any such tool which will help me load or start certain services related to 3rd party applications installed on my system to load according to a certain priority which in which I want them to.

**I dont want to mess with windows default services but only certain 3rd party's such as vmware, netlimiter, teamviewer etc.. I want them to load in order of my choice.

Cause the last service to load on my system is Netlimiter which I want it to load somewhere in the middle but not last.

So any such tool which will help me prioritize services startup??
 
I had been asked a similar question - see if you can make a list. Then, ensure that each service has a dependency before it.

This was due to a mySQL service issue with an internal server.

Another option is to startup the service with a delay. Not recommended since it would be messy - IMO.
