I must say i'm really happy with the entire deal with him. He's very courteous and helpful, and helped me in deciding the marshmallow.

I got the IEMs within 48 hours after he received the money, and the packing was really good.

^^ The thread was closed because it gathered lot more respsonse than expected . We received almost 50-60 PMs + emails everyday and continue receiving them.A lot of members ended up making payments even without confirming their orders or stock status with us leading to chaos at our end . I am not sure who provided them with payment details . We had a hard time tracking the payments & managing these requests because of this .

Anyways all the pending orders have been shipped by now . We are PMing tracking details right now to those who havent got their product yet .

Some of the members have made payments for 5-6 units and more and we have processed the same because refunding them would be difficult . It is a sincere request to such members , not to resale the products at a higher price to the other forum members . If anyone needs them please provide your spare ones at the same price :)

For any such deals it is very difficult to manage the response & provide tracking details etc to everyone as soon as products are shipped . In future we are looking at implementing a payment gateway & automated order process to smoothen out the workflow :) .

Thanks for your kind reply... We dont need the tracking details if you find it difficult and I can understand it really is difficult to manage and send tracking details to each and everyone coz of such an overwhelming response :)

Was pretty happy with pristine note's delivery of M1. It would have been good if they chose other courier service instead of Aramex for Hyd. But remaining all was fine. Will buy again if I find something interesting.

Recieved my IEM today , aramex took just 2 days to deliver parcel :) , super awesome dealer recommended.

Really nice dealer. So nice you will not be able to go to another dealer ever :P Amazing support and response. Bought 3x marshmallows, Brainwavz M3 and a Fuze+ till now and I cant even look at another source other than PristineNote.

Recently got the Brainwavz M3 RMAed. Was quite a smooth process. Once someone speaks to Mr.Gautam, he will ensure that once a PristineNote customer, always a PristineNote customer. :) Highly and heartfully recommended.

^ Gautam sir is currently out of town for few weeks , you have been communicating with a different staff member all this while . Infact all of our staff is courteous and as friendly as Gautam sir . We truly believe in the saying ,customer is king .

oh! I wa searching for this thread for couple of days, Guess, I overlooked this section.

All I wanna say that it was my first deal In TE as well as with Pristine Note, The M2Ps came in a great packaging and the item was intact and as described. very nice deal, fluid communication, very much recomended. A++ Seller. I am looking forward to dealing with him again, may be a N2 this time :)

I second that. Great dealer and great service. Received my PL-11 earphones today in pristine (no pun intended) condition.
