Hello,

As The Dealer Feedback thread is becoming hard to manage and understand for people, Microthreads for each dealer are being created to allow everyone to categorize their issues with one particular dealer and to allow the dealer to concentrate on his thread without having to go through pages and pages of feedback pertaining to all other dealers.

Kindly use these threads when necessary, but refrain from creating new ones when you have an issue as it becomes hard to manage for the dealers and people tend not to read your feedback after a while. Modifications will come in time as decisions are taken. Kindly bear with us till this process is completed. More updates soon...

I purchased JVC mashmallow from this dealer.

I am not happy about the sound quality...

But very very very happy about the way he provided the service.

I wish u continue this good attitude towards the TE customers in future also.

I bought JVC Marshmallow from him and I'm completely satisfied, shipping was really fast, communication with him was hassle free, packaging was great. I'm quite happy with the product I purchased. Overall awesome dealer. :)

@lavans4u: Thanks for all your feedback. JVC Marshmallows have very distinctive sound signature. In that they tend to lean towards bass. Depending upon the mobile phone you use they may not go very well with them, however they are fun when you pair them with a decent media player. If for some reason you feel your product is faulty, we will replace them for free. Sir, if you ever have any problem with any of our products with any of our dealers (we have now 3 dealers and channel partners). Please shoot us a mail or PM us, we will attend to your problem immediately. As of now we are the country distributors for Audio Technica and Brainwavz headphones. We also have the Grado and JVC models with us.

Bought an ATH-M50,communication was fantastic,shipping was really fast...very happy with my product.

I have done deal with Pristinenote a few times now so now I can safely say he is one of the best and genuine dealer we have around. He provides proper bill and warranty card with every item you buy so later you wont face any problem while claiming warranty. Ships product very soon and packaging is always good. But the main problem arises with many dealers when we have to send some thing for warranty replacement but Prinstinenote stands tall here too. For ex I just got replaced my JVC marchmallow, He did it quickly and no question asked. So all in all one good dealer we have here and he is great to deal with in opinion. So guys dont think twice to deal with him just deal :)

Being not happy with the sound quality does not qualify for dealer feedback. You can write a small review and explain things about the product.

I bought one pair of this to gift someone, thought to test it once I tried these. I missed the bass as mentioned everywhere as they never went inside my ear.

But its not the earphone/dealer fault, its my ears; they are not compatible ;) with IEMs. (I checked the manual and it says that this pair of ears should be used with speakers or cans only) :P

What I like about this dealer is his post sales communication, you need not call him or mail him, reply to his thread and you'll get a reply. I agree with the statement "one of the best dealer".

Bought one JVC Marshmallow from him and is very happy about the service....prompt communication and shipping.Good packing as well.Was a pleasure overall dealing with him.

He is one of the best dealer I have ever dealt with. His post sale communication with the buyers is one thing I havnt seen much with other sellers. I had a case when my M3 was damaged (glue which holds the earcup came off). He straightaway asked me to ship it to him for RMA. Gladly M3 didnt required a RMA, just a glue fix made it good as new. Today I received the M3 alongwith the Marshmallow I ordered couple of days before. He even throw in additional tips and ear guides with M3. I'm really happy to deal with this guy.

Nice dealer. Have had 3 deals so far. Overall pleasant experience. His reps at TE reply to queries fast. And that's the best thing I liked while dealing with him.

Got a Sandisk Sansa Clip +. Such a swift deal.. did not need to call up or keep wondering when I will receive the player. Now waiting for iTrade to start working to give ratings :)

Ordered a Brainwavz M3 and Marshmallows. Got them. It is a pleasure dealing with him. You get replies fast, and you somehow feel nice dealing with him. His approach makes you come back to him again and again for everything you need to buy :) Definitely one of the best dealers in TE.

Got a Brainwavz M3 and a JVC Marshmallow from Pristinenote.
In fact, Gautam from Pristinenote helped me to select this canal phones. He took time out and answered a lot of queries though he was not obliged to do so.

According to a deal which we worked out, he had given me a free adaptor for using along with a mobile. And when found that the particular adaptor was not compatible with my phone (E63), he sent me another adaptor at no extra cost. He did not even want me to ship back the old adapter.

Shipping was quick once payment was done.

Amazing seller. Never had customer service like this before. Highly recommended.

Got a brainwavz M2 from Pristine Note at the current lowest price on the Net, its perfect quality and has all its accessories, shipping was fast and the communication was wonderful, I will purchase again and refer my friends as well.
