good packaging, i will do business again with pristine note but the courier service used by pristine note, first flight caused me a lot of grief, i kept calling their offices but nobody picked up the phone, when they did ,they gave me the number of a different office and asked me to call their.Again the same problem, nobody picked up, the 2nd somebody picked up and he said that it will be delivered tomorrow, it took a whole week for me to receive my marshmallows :(

btw,I ordered 3 marshmallows, 1 for me and 2 for my friends, i find the marshmallows very uncomfortable, turned out to be a bad buy for me :( but my friends love their marshmallows

Really satisfied with the deal and met the amazing audio guru himself. Auditioned a lot of the drooling stuff he has.

Nationite N2's an amazing player and suffices my purpose very well as a burn-in player & an amplified music source.

Met his 2 dogs too :D .

Got the IEMs yesterday. :)

- Super quick shipping - I was a bit worried about First Flight since the delivery guys generally don't pass the shipment to anyone else other than the consignee. I've had several instances before.
- Good packaging as always.
- Flawless communication! Responses came in pretty quick. I appreciate dealers that respond quick.

Absolutely no hassles. Love this dealer. I wish other dealers around can learn a thing or two from him.
