^ As I told you on the phone today we've had more than 30-40 payments for JVC Marshmallow of the same amount in last 1 week and hence it was difficult tracking your payment without the order number being mentioned in the remarks. Hope things are sorted now . I apologize for the delay in processing the order.
 
Well had called them up,a lady picked up the phone the moment I spoke about Techenclave she almost went ballistic saying don't talk about it here it has closed down and stuff,it was as though she was doing me a favour of selling the AE5+.
 
I think they own their own forum now and not willing to deal with TE anymore.

P.S. I have sent some queries via email yesterday and have got prompt response from them but I was not mentioned TE anywhere in our communication.
