Prob with Vista Updation!!!!!!

Im unable to update my OS to Vista SP1.......whenever i try i get this error.....followed the trouble shooting guide but in vain.........

yeah thats an option.okbut what cud be the prob?do i have to manually update the OS everytime?

If i remember correctly, MS had disallowed download for people with some particular hardware..u should download the pack..
