problem archiving winzip

Hi! i have downloaded 260mb zipfile , it go stopped at 99.6%, its bit imp file.

is their any software or way to extract these kind of a files.
 
You can try Advanced Zip Repair at : http://www.repair-zip-files.com/
It should enable you to extract the files from your incomplete zip file. Just out of curiosity , what contents does the ZIP file have? If it is just text documents and stuff, you could recover a part of it. However incomplete EXE files etc will just not work.
