Problem here, gmail and orkut account deleted.

Hey guys,

Just today morning my gf's gmail account and orkut account got hacked and deleted. The problem is that she didn't put any secondary email address as well during account creation. I asked her to try to remember but she couln't as that her sister made it for her and even she doesn't remember it. She doesn't even remember the secret question and answer.

So is there anyway I can retrieve the Gmail or the Orkut account back?
 
this happened to my friend too but long .....

someone hacked his account and deleted all photos and changed his password...

orkut sucks... change it facebook....
 
Nothing really helps u now mate...even mailing to google is waste of time.Orkut sucks big time..Better make new account..
 
You do know, hacking sites like gmail et all are not simple at all. It will be carelessness in our part, using a cybercafe is a strict no, most of those idiots have key loggers installed. And being the perverts our society is, they will target female users.

Always use the windows on screen keyboard whenever you use a cyber cafe.
 
It's not called hacking.

Your girlfriend or someone on her behalf left her account open and someone changed her password , hence she doesn't have any access to it.

Google won't do a single bit on this. Tell her to try and remember the password or find a person who can crack her account for you. :)

There are limits to what most spyware can do, but yes, password stealing is a possibility.

Moral of the story: avoid cyber cafes
 
when i used to frequent cafe's , i took a ubuntu live disc with me for some times when i had some office work at important sites, used to work well since the hardware is generally old and has drivers..

I knew the cafe guy since a yr or more, once he asked me "Is there any way to see the web cams installed in the cafe booths.."

I almost shouted "pervert".. some balls these guys have..

Man If I owned a cyber cafe you don't even imagine what perverted things I'd get up to. :P
 
You guys are right.. nothing can be done since its hacked and deleted. The thing is she never surfs from any cafe. She has her own PC. She was complaining though last week that her PC got hacked and there are tons of viruses and trojans breeding inside her comp, so I guess that must be the reason or someone just guessed the password.

Either way, I will make a new account. Thanks fellows. =]
