Problem in making Wifi hub on TP Link 725n adapter

I have bought TP Link wireless usb adapter 725n. I installed it and tried to make it a wireless hub on my pc which is having a broadband connection. When I go to softAP mode to make it a hub, it says "Failed to configure ICS...." I tried internet sharing as Lan and also WLL but both failed. Is there something left which I am not doing.

Please tell me what to do and how to connect my pc & mobile?

it could be a previously net adapter interfering. remove all unused under device manager .

AFAIK 2 net routes cannot exist on windows desktop editions. Your internet connection shows multiple routes. Try setting metric=1 under advanced TCP/IP. troubleshoot using static IP instead of DHCP

Why go to all this trouble? A cheap router costs less than 700 INR, and works great.

Anyways, there seems to be an issue with the ICS service on your machine. Two routes is not an issue - have it on my computer several times, when I hook up to two different subnets.

I have already bought the TP Link 725n.

Secondly, I have connected it to my PC and am using mobile as receiver, but for the first 23 days it worked fine but now its speed has become too less because it is not able to download images of whatsapp even in 4-5 minutes.

Please help how to increase its speed or what could be the possible problem?

Mod Edit: Please use net etiquette when typing - avoid using large text or bold fonts unnecessarily.

How is your broadband connection setup ? How is it accessed from your PC ?

try bridging your usb adapter to broadband connection and see if that helps
