Laptops Problem In My Touch Pad

i bought a new laptop studio 1537 dell
i have a problem with my touch pad the right button of the touchpad is not woking i tried to install the drivers.

actually i bought this in uk and if i have to shift my license to india and it costs about 6k so do any body know the solution for this problem........

well my friend better u shift the license cos if u somehow fix till issue be ready for more mess soon as these new studio and old one is full or crap
