PC Peripherals Problem in TVS GOLD Keyboard while running in Linux

A key not working(P) while working in Fedora Core 4,although rest are working fine. That key works well in Windows XP. what could be the Problem in keyboard any idea?

maybe u r choosing the wrong keyboard type..

my keyboard wrks fine both in knoppix and windows

all other keys works fine in linux except "P" so there cann't b prob with keyboard type, and it worked fine sometimes earlier with fedore core 4, this happened suddenly.

key works at login session but doesn't work in any of linux application. it doesn't works.

how can a single not work, that too if it works in windows
