Problem opening Letsbuy.com website

Hi,

I am unable to open the Letsbuy.com website. Whenever i try to open it using chrome or firefox or IE it shows error saying "site not foud".

When i tried it at one of my friend's laptop it opened properly. What could be the reason?
 
Do the ISP's allow using different DNS server? Will changing the DNS server to google public DNS in tcp/ip settings will make me able to view the site if its a DNS problem?
 
You can always revert your tcp/ip config back to your ISP default, if Google DNS also doesn't work.

Sometime back I was not able to connect to my companies corporate VPN server when using Vodafone 3G, the problem got resolved using Google DNS, hence recommended this.

I don't see why an ISP should have a problem with allowing a different DNS, I am not sure if the ISP will even know this (not 100% sure, not an networking expert :ashamed: ).
