Forum Feedback Problem while Login

From past 15 days or more every time while login need to put ID & Password for at least 3 time before login successfully. And after login in place of Forum or home page I got following error

We are sorry, we are not able to process the operation further. Your account should satisfy the single sign-on requirements. Please contact your administrator to solve this issue.

Can any one face same problem? What to do?

Which page are you logging in from? Please send screenshot of the pre and post login attempt pages. I have never faced this problem.

Just typed techenclave.com in the browser, got this on the 2nd login attempt, on the 1st attempt it didn't do anything.
